How many sites does one Pro license cover?
One Pro license activates one WordPress install. For studios running multiple brand sites, the 3- and 10-site bundles are right in the tier toggle above — no special quote needed.
How long is the license valid?
Whatever suits you: monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime license. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically and include all plugin updates and priority support for the term; the lifetime license is a single payment, no subscription. Cancel a subscription anytime from inside WordPress — your galleries keep working until the paid period ends and stay live in the Free version after that.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — 14 days. Email support@customer-cloud-gallery.com within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back via Freemius. No form, no questionnaire, no reason required.
Where do I download Pro after purchasing?
You don't download anything separately. Right after checkout, Freemius emails you the license key. In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Customer Cloud Gallery → Account, paste the key — Pro features unlock immediately.
What payment methods are supported?
Freemius (our payment processor) accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer (EU) and several local payment methods. VAT is handled automatically based on your country.
