Do I need to pay for Google Drive or Dropbox?
No. The free Google Drive (15 GB) and Dropbox (2 GB) tiers work fine. Customer Cloud Gallery itself is free — you only need a WordPress site.
Do my visitors have to sign up anywhere?
Never. Favorites and download selections live in the visitor’s local browser storage. Print orders only need an email address — no account, no password.
Is the plugin GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Statistics are anonymous — neither IP addresses nor personal data are collected. The statistics feature can be turned off entirely. No marketing cookies are set.
How does print ordering work without a shop?
Visitors fill in a short form (image, format, variant, contact). You receive a structured email with all the details, and the order shows up in the WordPress dashboard. Payment and fulfillment happen directly between you and the customer — no middleman, no shop required.
Which WordPress versions are supported?
WordPress 6.2 and up. PHP 7.4 or newer (8.1+ recommended). Works with all common themes and page builders, including the block editor.
What happens when I add new images to Drive / Dropbox?
New images appear in the gallery automatically — nothing to do on your end. Customer Cloud Gallery syncs the connected folder periodically and shows new images on the next visit.
